ZOEVA Caramel Melange Palette Review
Hello my lovelies. Today I'm going t do a review of an eyeshadow palette that a recently got and that is the Zoeva Caramel Melange palette.
First of all I want to try with the packaging. It comes in a slim, compact cardboard packaging which is great for traveling because it doesn't take up much space. Many think that cardboard packagings don't have such good quality but this one looks and feels so durable and strong. The palette comes in a cardboard sleeve that has the same design as the palette. The palette has a nice, warm caramel brown with gold details. And another thing I like about the packaging is that the eyeshadow names are right underneath every eyeshadow.
More about the palette:
Sweet and smooth, the ZOEVA Caramel Melange Eyeshadow Palette offers a selection of delicious shades – from soft, tawny butterscotch hues to caramelized, golden crème brulée nuances and warm toffee tones, spiced up by a sprinkle of bronzed cinnamon. Let the creamy smooth textures melt on your lids and relish in matte and shimmery caramel nuances for smoldering, rich makeup looks.
The Caramel Melange is a very warm and yet you can consider it a neutral eyeshadow palette. It has some pops of colors but nothing too intense or over the top.

Each row consists of three mattes, and then two shimmers. In the first row you have a beautiful matte highlight shade, Wax Paper, a few crease shades and two beautiful lid shades. Liquid Center actually blew my mind. It reminds me of a pressed pigment, it's that pigmented and metallic and it's super buttery. The mattes were also nicely pigmented and I had no trouble blending them into my crease whatsoever. Aftertaste is actually the perfect crease shade to warm up any look. Universal delight comes in handy to blend everything out. 182°C is a beautiful lid shade that felt a little bit powdery but was easy to apply.
The second row has few darker shades. Alchemy, Start Soft and Finish Sensual are perfect transition and crease shades and considering they're matte they were really soft and creamy and they blended perfectly without looking patchy. Almost Burnt is a beautiful gold and the formula is really smooth and soft. Edible Gem felt a little bit dry and I was afraid it would look patchy, but it actually applied evenly.
The fomula of the eyeshadow is very smooth and soft. They dont feel dry and they blend out perfectly. With a good base they didn't crease on my lid through out the whole day.
Another great thing about these eyeshadow is that they're enriched with Vitamin E and are free of parabens, mineral oils, perfume and phthalates.
I'm freaking obsessed with this eyeshadow palette! All of the neutral warm shades, the packaging, the quality of the eyeshadows,... it's just all there! The only downside is that you're quite limited when it comes to creating different looks, for example, there are no browns, or a black eyeshadow. But I guess that's not really what they were going for anyway. If you're into very warm reds and copper, this is definitely a palette I would recommend! I also think this palette is perfect for the Fall and Winter time.
