NYX Lid Lingerie Eyeshadow Palette
The new NYX Lid Lingerie Eyeshadow Palette was a little cute impulse purchase. Because I like the whole Lingerie collection, I thought I should try this product from the range too.

Enhance your eyes with the Lid Lingerie Shadow Palette - a new eyeshadow set inspired by NYX Cosmetics Professional Makeup's much-adored Lid Lingerie Eye Tint. Packed with six blendable shades, this gorgeous palette loads your lids with creamy matte color and incredible payoff.
One of the first liquid lipsticks on the scene, NYX's Lip Lingeries nail the creamy, nude hues that give off the ideal "oh, this? So natural, yet larger than life" hue we're all gunning for . And now, your whole face can go entirely nude-but-not-really, because NYX has turned their liquid lip colors into an eyeshadow palette. Matte and made for bedroom eyes, the palette is about to take your matching game next level.
At a 10 EU price, the new release is an excellent alternative to the pricier palettes that follow the same theme — although the shadow choices are so well-curated that no exact dupes come to mind. The closest would be Urban Decay's Naked Basics palette (sidenote: naked/nude/lingerie... I'm sensing a theme), although the NYX has more warm browns than the neutrals the Naked Basics is known for.
The transition from lips to eyes might not work so seamlessly with other lip looks (although you never know, draping, blue lipstick... these days boundaries are blurred) but the nude hues are just as beautiful for eyes as they are on lips.
And the colors are uncannily similar — the top row is dead on for Lip Lingeries in Cheekie, Embellishment, and Push Up, while the bottom row could be Bustier, Babydoll and Confident.
The packaging of the palette is fairly small, with a deep lid and it feels kinda chinky in your hand. It doesn't include a mirror or a brush, but I am not bothered by that. I fell in love with the color range, the moment I saw the palette. The palette includes 6 warm-toned shades, that go verry well with each other. 6 tones is not a lot for a palette but with these shades you can play around and create a few different looks.
Formula-wise, this one is a winner, the formula is very smooth and velvety and all the colors are easy to pick up and blend.
Considering the rave reviews NYX's shadow palettes have received recently, it looks like their shadow game is exactly on par with the quality of their lipsticks.
